The Luckiest Man In The World

The Luckiest Man In The World
B. Sheffield - Copyright 2009 - (from the album) In Other Words...

I was down, I was double crossed.
It began to feel that all was lost.
Then, from out of nowhere, a beautiful loving girl.
Whoever thought that I would be the luckiest man in the world?

All alone, not a hope for love.
When a sweet soul savior from above,
Appeared like an angel, her wings around me furled.
Whoever thought that I would be the luckiest man in the world?

The luckiest man------ in the world.
The luckiest man------ in the world.
She came down to rescue me, this beautiful loving girl.
Whoever thought that I would be the luckiest man in the world?

n the dark, just feeling my way.
Suddenly, a hope for a brighter day.
Groping in my blindness, somehow I found the pearl.
Whoever thought that I would be the luckiest man in the world?

The luckiest man------ in the world.
The luckiest man------ in the world.
The luckiest man------ in the world.
The luckiest man------ in the world.

From out of nowhere, this beautiful loving girl.
Whoever thought that I would be the luckiest man in the world?
